Anyone use Rechargeable Batteries?

My camera broke and I am using my BF's camera until mine is fixed and his uses regular batteries which is annoying because I feel like I am constantly changing them! Does anyone use rechargeable batteries? What about the Duracell Pre-Charged, Rechargeable batteries? I am looking to use them because they last for up to 5,000 pictures over the battery life and they charge quickly - any thoughts? What do you use?

We have a few sets of AA rechargeable.  We've had the best luck with Monster rechargeable, and that's actually our oldest set.  We use them in our cameras too.  They're great!

We also use regarchable. We use energizer...never had any trouble with them.

Thanks! What are Monster Rechargeable batteries? I have never heard of them. I like the idea behind the Duracell ones because it is a reliable brand, they come pre-charged and I can get them at CVS for $11.99. Where did you get the Monster batteries and how much do they go for?

I just looked for the Monster batteries that we have, and they've been discontinued.  We bought them about 6-7 years ago.  We have Energizer too and like those, but I think the Monster last a little longer.

Thanks Cricket! They do last long - do you use them a lot? Were they expensive? I put the Duracell Pre-Charged Rechargeable batteries in my camera over the weekend and they were pre-charged as promised! I used the camera a lot over the weekend and they are working great - I used the camera so much that I would have gone through 4 regular batteries and these lasted all weekend!
