DHL and Nordstroms
Permalink Closed

I am so frustrated!

So I ordered a dress from Nordstroms for a wedding and paid for rush shipping (I wanted to have time to get something else if this didn't work).

Well, the dress came...however, it was the wrong dress!! They sent me a totally different dress than the one I ordered online. The only thing in common was the color. So, I contacted them and they refunded the shipping and sent me the right dress via  Saturday delivery.

So, I am waiting for it on Saturday and it's 5:00 and it still hasn't come. So I log in to DHL and it says that it was delivered and signed for. WTF?!?! I was home all day and never got the package.

So I contacted Nordstroms and they are refunding me the money...but apparently now the dress is sold out in my size. WTF?!?!?! So annoying.

How weird! Did you check with your neighbors?? I guess it's good that Nordstrom's is refunding your money- not all stores would do that with a delivery confirmation.

I posted a sign near all the mail boxes asking if someone had accidentally signed for my package, etc.

The problem is that my neighbors hate us..so I don't exactly trust them to deliver it to me. :(

You should be able to call the delivery service that they sent it through and ask them who exactly signed for it. Then maybe you can track down the neighbor who got it.
