I've noticed that my teeth aren't as white as they used to be. Has anyone had any success with any "do it yourself" products. I was thinking of heading to the dentist but thought I'd ask.

I wasn't able to use them for very long because my teeth were so sensitive. My grandmother did try them and they made her teeth looking really nice. It took away a lot of the coffee and tea stains that she had, but they didn't maker her teeth to freakish white.

I had the same issue as Ryan J. I was only able to use them for a short time b/c my teeth are too sensitive. However, the week or so I used them the results were impressive.
I love both the Crest White Strips and the Oral B ones. The Oral B ones are less flimsy than the Crest stripes and you only have to wear them for 30 minutes once a day so you might like those. I've gotten the best results when I just go to Costco and buy Crest Strips because you get 2 packages and I wear them back to back.
I used Whitestrips in May (right before my wedding) and I can still see a difference. They definitely worked. My teeth are very, very sensitive, so they hurt like hell, but I survived. It helps to wear them once a day instead of twice (although it takes 2x as long). Plus they're a lot cheaper than GoSmile or UltraBrite or the others.
