Bachelorette anyone?

I watched it. I have never watched this show b/f but my roommate insisted i watch it with her and I got hooked. I can't remember anyone's names b/c there were to many of them. All i know is that i didn't like the Southern accent guy what so ever. And some of the guys she picked were ugly. But other than that, I am going to have to wait and watch a couple more times to pick up on who is who.

I watched it and enjoyed it. I like Jason the best and I definitely didn't like the southern guy or the artist from Newport Beach, CA (it was newport, right?)

I'm looking forward to a new show, and I like how she had so much of a say in who was picked.

Ah yes, I happened to catch it too. I've never watched any of these either, so I decided this will be the 1st since i happened to catch the 1st episode.

I liked the guy Michael too, (teddy bear thing was pretty cute) he seems sincere. Stu does seem like a total stalker, freee-aky. What was up with that fainter-guy (think his name was Derrick?) That had to suck.

Oh, and who & why do you think that one guy gets in trouble w/the cops? This should be pretty interesting.

I watched it. Jen is a lucky girl she has some great guys to pick from. I think she got rid of the right ones last night. I think Jerry has a good chance at this point but I think he would make any girls head turn. We will have to see what he is really all about.

I like Jerry and Michael. I think Stu is too creepy and I don't know what her friends were thinking picking Keith. Something about him I don't like.

Did you watch it all the way through the credits? Chris Harrison was mocking that odd ball from Kentucky. Too funny.

yay! i heart "the bachelorette"! it's so much more watchable than "the bachelor"--i wonder why? i loved keith and i'm glad the friends kept him--he seemed like he wasn't the type to get up in her face to make her remember him and pick him (which is actually a good thing). i don't think jen will ultimately be the right girl for him (he seems to be more of a laid-back surfer dude who needs a chick with a dog who will spend the weekend camping with him).

i liked jerry, until he opened his mouth. ew. he came on way too strong--he's very LA.

fabrice was kind of funny, but also seems like he will get annoying. i didn't like stu the stalker at all--he would creep me out right away, but i guess jen wanted to take a chance.

Oh yeah, i also remember something else.... She saved the last rose for Stu-the-stalker! Didn't it look like his head was going to EXPLODE while he was waiting?? Damn, I felt like he was giving her the evil eye. She so needs to get rid of him. I think he even said something about practicaly being in love with her already.

i would be slightly freaked out by that.

looks like it will be good... my takes:

- I LOVED that her girlfriends were servers that could observe for her and that they were able to report that the weird Popular Science editor tried picking them up...

- so glad the 'tucky guy got plastered and ruined his chances - I wouldn't be able to handle watching him make an ass of himself for more than one episode

- really like the Michigan guy - but I have to admit I'm biased :)

- the gallery director guy would totally be the one I would go for, but alas, I am married and not the bachelorette...

- cannot STAND the French guy - it's like he has no substance and completely relies on his Frenchness vs. relying on a personality - he's not anything to write home about in my opinion either... I guess if I was desperate and drunk he might look cute... but alas, again I am married and not the bachelorette (thank god!)

anyway - I'm really glad they had her participate in the selection and had her friends help weed them out - it really would be tough to base a decision on what exposure previous bachelorettes/bachelors have been given to their choices in the past.

I'm so hooked on the show. I loved Jen from The Bachelor. I thought Jerry was a total hottie...but carrying Jen down the stairs was a bit too much for me. Still it will be interesting to see what he's all about. Stu the stalker was so creepy, and that I felt bad for that poor guy that passed out midway through the rose ceremony. From the previews it looks like it's going to be an interesting season.
