In Need of picture frames!!
Permalink Closed

I'm looking for some really cute picture frames. I'm tired of the boring silver trim, or wooden ones and want something with writing or lettering...something that doesn't look like its made for a jr high schooler...but something that is unique and cute! I can't think of any places to look...help please!

Have you looked at Target? They have a pretty wide selection.

Burnes of Boston makes some really cute frames with writings, sayings and in pretty colors too. They have a fairly extensive line.

My cousin is a rep/merchandiser for them and has given me quite a few over the years. I know Macy's, Strawbridges, Lord & taylor carry them and I'd bet Linens n Things and BB&B does too.

GucciGal, I am JUST in the midst of decorating my apartment....I have found a new joy in "floating" frames (the frames where they are all glass and the pictures/art seems to "float" in the frames.  They are very unique, yet classy and simple.  On our last trip to Europe, we bought a few pieces of art.  We had one professionally framed with matting, etc and then we framed the others simply using floating frames.  So far everyone has commented on our floating art and were amazed that we framed it ourselves!

I just went to pier one during lunch and saw that their floating frames are on sale for 50% off - I got 2 more 8x10s for $4 each!
