Jude has bought Sienna a big cluster diamond ring," a spokeswoman for the couple tells the paper. "He asked Sienna to marry him on Christmas Day. They spent Christmas together in England. They then headed to the Indian Ocean. They have told their families the news and they're thrilled, as are Jude's children. They love Sienna and can't wait for the wedding."

Law has three kids -- Rafferty, 8, Iris, 4, and Rudy, 2 -- with ex-wife Sadie Frost, whom he divorced in October 2003 after six years of marriage (financial details of the split are still being hammered out).
Frost, who is back on civil terms with her ex, was quick to extend her congratulations, saying in a statement, "I'm delighted for Jude and Sienna and wish them all the best for the future."
The pulchritudinous pair reportedly celebrated both the betrothal and their birthdays -- Miller hit the big 2-3 on Dec. 28 and Law turned 32 the day after -- during a recent sojourn in the Seychelles.
When we contacted Law's rep for comment, he downplayed the engagement reports, telling us that he spoke to the Oscar-nominated actor on Tuesday and he didn't mention anything about taking a bride. The publicist always seems to be the last to know.
Law, a favorite target of the British tabloids, hit back at nuptial rumors in October, griping, "There's nothing more uncomfortable than being very happy and very much together and then receiving endless phone calls from the family and the press, saying 'Well done' because you have to deny it."
But he copped to being content with Miller, whom he met on the set of "Alfie" in the fall of 2003. "We're really happy," he said. "She's a very talented girl, beautiful."
