So should we keep a daily diary of out workout routines and diet to keep each other motivated?


Yesterday i had a bit of a lapse (on the second day?!?!) lol! But it was my uncles b-day party. I started out good but I HAD to have cake! I made up for it w/ a protein shake later on...it made me feel better at least! ;)


Today I had one egg white and one whole egg w/ a slice  of whole wheat toast and skim milk w/ vitamins.


next is a dried fruit and nut trail mix


next turkey sandwich w/ lowfat mayo on wheat


next is banana w/ piece of light cheese


din-din is chicken w/ broccoli


chest back and shoulders in the gym w/ 1/2 hour cardio!

Hi Lola,
Today's menu:
Lowfat/high fiber (some $5 a box stuff from health food section)/low sugar cereal with 1% milk and coffee
mid-morning snack: half apple with half container of vanilla atkins yogurt with sprinkling of nuts and flax seed
Lunch: salmon and soba noodles from last night
Afternoon snack: green tea and pc. of dark chocolate
Dinner: Dont know yet


Workout: half hour run only. Cant get to my gym tonight

I lost the 2 lbs I put on over Xmas, so I am very pleased.


Today for me:


Breakfast:  Bran cereal and Eggbeaters


Mid-morning Snack:  Turkey Bacon


Lunch:  Chicken Noodle Soup (homemade and low calorie)


Mid-afternoon snack:  protein shake


Dinner:  Baked Parmesan Chicken (yum!)


Workout:  30 minutes cardio, 1 hour session with my personal trainer.

Ok today its going to be 40 minute walk around neighborhood


Breakfast: small bagel and cup of strawberries


Lunch: Lean Pocket, large pear, string cheese


Dinner: Not sure maybe a Turkey Burger with cheese, corn, and peas not sure though but must get veggies in!


I've been searching online for recipies to try out next week though and man am I hungry!

Breakfast:


Shredded wheat w/splenda & 1% milk, banana, coffee


Snack:


Orange


Lunch:


Hmmmm, probably soup, carrots, string cheese


Dinner:


Leftover pasta bake (made w/wheat noodles, fat-free ricotta, and reduced sugar tomato sauce), green beans


Workout:


Jump roping through the commercials of two TV shows (stretching in between), pilates routine

hey girls,


breakfast: lowfat yogurt & 1/4 fresh pineapple


snack: 1 carrot & 1 celery stick


lunch: steamed broccoli & 1/2 tomato w/ basil & olive oil


snack: 1 apple


dinner: stuffed pepper (stuffed w/ marinated veggies)


(remember, i'm on detox so only a week of just veggies, then i can incorporate whole wheat!)

Here goes nothing...I will get healthier if it kills me. Especially since I ate here last night...http://breadstick.com/

Breakfast: bowl of Cheerios w/soy milk, glass of OJ and lowfat yogurt


Lunch: Leftover spaghetti with turkey meatballs.


Snack: banana or apple


Dinner: soba noodles with stir-fry veggies and chicken breast.


Workout


I'm planning on not slacking off and starting to jog again (prolly for 30-45 min), especially since for once it's not raining in LA!

It would take WAY too long to post my diet but today I did ass and thighs and 45 minutes of cardio.
