Lately, during the afternoon/evening, I feel wierdly nautious/queasy/gassy [I know, ick]. I especially feel this on weekdays, regardless of what I eat for lunch. Has anyone experienced this before?

Well...the obvious one is are you or could you be pregnant? After that, I don't know - but if it keeps up I would see a doctor.

I get that often, I have attributed it to the fact that I sit for a long time after lunch.  When I take a walk about 20 minutes after eating, I don't get the nausea.

you should try and see a dr. if it doesn't go away. i had this problem in college and my mom told me to eat more garlic. (she's really into home remedies) oddly enough it worked.  maybe that might help...

I have a nervous stomach myself.  it's very weird, since I am DEATHLY allergic to many types of fish (especially salmon).

Do you notice any odd reactions to certain foods?

I've been suffering for this for YEARS! It does really suck to feel like your goiong to puke every day doesn't it?!  First reason the doctors told me was cyst on my ovaries.  Then they said that they passed.  Then, they told me I have h-pylory (sp?) which is bacteria in your stomach which could cause ulcers.  Now they tell me it is stress.  So who knows?  I think it's actually my anxiety because I get it at night when I'm, thinking about the next work/school day or in the morning when I thing about everything I have to do.  Go to the doctor though.  For me, they did x-rays (I had to drink nasty stuff for it), ultrasounds, and blood work.  Better be safe than sorry. Also, try to relax, nerves ,may be causing it.

Thanks for all the advice, girls! I think I've figured out the problem - nerves/anxiety combined with light ranch dressing, which apparently doesn't sit well with me ( came to this conclusion after I thought for a while about my lunches and realized that I felt significantly better when I didn't eat a salad from the cafeteria).
