Back Pain

After my last few gym visits I have been getting a ton of back pain.

First I think it is from the Nautilus Ab machine maybe too much weight, but does anyone have any remedies to help this pain.

TIA

i am not a doctor and don't have nearly enough info to give advice, but i just wanted to say to call your dr.  do not brush it off! take your pain seriously--it could be more serious than you think.  love, bumblebee (the 28 year old runner and former gymnast who is now dealing with two bulging back discs)

i have to agree w/bumblebee & call your MD ASAP.  i've got a bulging disc & it's not fun.  the longer you put it off, there may be a chance you cause permanent damage to any discs, nerves, ligaments or muscles.

I agree.. back pain is very very very very serious. I threw out my back (at the age of 22 how sad) a few years ago. I couldn't walk for a month. I will never let myself intentionally return to that kind of situation. If there is anything slightly weird about my back.... I call the doctor. You should call your's too... unless you want to hear about all my pathetic stories when I couldn't move.
