I don't really decorate for holidays per se, I decorate more for the season, with the exception of the Christmas tree and stockings. I change out the throw pillows on the couch for summer and winter (I need some spring and fall pillows) and I change out the stuff on the mantle (candles and seashells in the summer, candles and miscellaneous decorative stuff in the spring and fall, and a garland and ornaments for Christmas). Other than that, I don't do much.
For Halloween I have these really nice (and cute!) ghost and pumpkin figurines, with matching candy dish and candle holders. I forgot to put them out this year!
I decorate for Christmas of course which I'm not looking forward to taking down.
That's pretty much it. I like to do put out seasonal decor on the mantel as well.
I have a black cat, so occasionally people give me Halloween-themed things with black cats on them (a candle, a little tin cutout thing, etc.). If I remember, I put them on the mantel around the first of October.
Other than that, I don't do anything for the lesser holidays.
I decorate for fall (haybails and pumpkins and gourds on the front porch, dried cornstalks on the front porch columns) and christmas (tree inside, garland and lights on the porch columns and picket fence, lights on gutters) and that's it. In spring I repot all of our containers with fresh flowers and put those back out, if that counts.
I don't like to change my interior decor for holidays much. Some pinecones in bowl for fall and some new candles around for christmas and that's about it, other than the christmas tree.

I only decorate for fall and Xmas. For fall I only put out some pumpkins and harvest in the kitchen and living room. I also get kitchen towels in fall colors and maybe a table linen.
I go all out for Xmas and decorate just about every room in the house. We've moved a lot since we've been married so I don't have as much decor as I'd like, so this xmas everyroom got just a tiny touch.
