ANTM Finale- *spoilers*

What? Tootie won? How did Tootie win? I'm sorry, but any girl who's been compared to a character from the Facts of Life can't win a modeling contest. Saliesha and Chantal were in the final two and both were not even close to being my two favorites. I really wish Jenah won (out of the last three) since I think she was the closest to being a real model. It's interesting- Saliesha and Chantal were very happy go lucky like a CoverGirl should be, but Jenah was bitchy and had a cynical personality lke I think a real "high-fashion" model should be. Oh, Trya...what do you want?? High-fashion or CoverGirl???

Anyway, I gave up caring after Heather left since I think she actually took the most model-esque photos in all nine cycles.

There is some talk that the whole thing was rigged since Saliesha did attend Tyra's T-Zone camp for young girls. It's a self-esteem camp, whatever the hell that is. Trya immeaditly recognized Saliesha and mentioned the T-Zone camp on the very first audition- curious, no?

Also...this was the least real fashion show that the girls walked in EVER. No real fashion show has some random people (the judges) walk down the runway first. WTF?!?

ETA: Oh no, Tyra. Apparently, Saliesha walked in a runway that the girls on Cycle 8 went to see AND she also walked in a mock-runway on Tyra's talk show.

I was totally rooting for Jenah too.  She's the most "high fashion" out of all the girls. But I knew Saleisha was going to win because Chantal didn't really do that well on the runway.  I didn't even know about the T-zone camp thing.  Hmmm...

I've heard people say that they had to send Jenah home, because she would have been the obvious winner between her 'Tootie'.

I just feel like after 9 cycles, and none of the contestants actually getting any good work, this show is more of a hinderence on their would-be careers than actually helping them.

I personally stopped caring after Heather was sent home.  She was the only one who looked like a model to me.  I didn't really like Jenah's attitude and I knew it would get her sent home, and to me she didn't look like a model, nor did Saleshia or Chantal.

My favorite was Chantal and I was sad that she didn't win. I bet both her and Jenah will get work.

BTW, did anyone notice about a month or so ago that Mercedes was in a Chili's commerical, now talk about success *end sarcasim*

Yup, I noticed Mercedes in that Chili commercial too.

So not only had Saliesha worked with Tyra previously, she was also in a Wendy's commercial.

gag. ANTM has had the worst winners lately. last season with Jaslene, who i thinks looks SO nasty, and now selishia. i absolutely HATED her haircut! it was so much prettier when it was longer. i was originally hoping heather won, and then when she got canned (boohiss), i rooted for jenah, just because she seemed the most real to me. chantal was okay, but she seemed rather ditzy.

I most wanted Heather and Jenah in the final two.  So the end wasn't exciting at all, so dissapointed.  Saliesha looks too much like a cartoon character with that haircut.

Oh, and I also saw Mercedes in a Sears commercial a while back.  Top model, I don't think so.   Jaslene, ugh...somewhat like a drag queen.
