I hate to spread this about a business that has such cute clothes, but this experience sucked. I was in Wilmington, NC this weekend for some relaxation. My husband saw a unique wallet he liked in window at Edge of Urge, so we walked in. I have been in before; and I know the shop from stylethread and lucky boards. The girls working there were total witches. There were like 5 or 6 of them in this tiny store with nothing to do. They laughed as we walked in and stared at us. The one girl who I caught laughing pretended she wasn't when I whipped my head around and glared at her. Frickin' junior high bs.

I hate that. I had a TERRIBLE experience at White House Black Market once with a bitchy woman who told me the store wasnt for "people like me" Don't worry, I wrote a nice letter to management

WTF? And what kind of person are you, exactly? Unless you were running around naked or in a prison jumpsuit, every store is for people like you if you want to shop there!

I know. I was wearing workout clothes and had just come froma  cycling class, so I wasnt exactly "fresh". gggrrr, im getting mad just thinking about it

I hate when that happens too! I once went into Dillards for shoes dressed in my work clothes, (polo shirt with work logo and jeans), and when I asked the lady for a pair of shoes she asked me if I had looked at the price!!

 Wow, that's interesting. JCrew has always, always been on my list of stores with *fabulous* customer service. I wonder if it differs regionally.
