Specifically Bombay Kids! I'm doing the baby's room in a poodle theme and they have a rug I really liked. Price was too high for me, but it went on sale. Of course, it was out of stock at that point. I put my email in to be notified when it came back in stock. That was about 2-3 weeks ago. Today I got the notification that it was back, but when I went to the website, the rug is back FULL PRICE!!!!! How can they do that?????!!!!!! The original price was $120, the last sale price was around $89.
Is this even legal? I contacted CS to tell them that I'm outraged by this practice and that I want the item at the price I entered my info for or else I'll be contacting the BBB. Any advice on this?
ugh. How annoying! I hate when they do crap like that. Hopefully they will adjust the price for you.

That sucks!! I hope they give it to you for the full price. Unfortunately, I don't think it is illegal. It's like running a special for a period of time. It's up to them. I get mad at Express for doing this. Sometimes they take the price part of the tag off and put a sticker on it at a higher price. I HATE that. They are really bad about doing that around Christmas time.

AHH I was a MIT there for about 8 months, the worst 8 months of my entire life. They are so disorganized and everything is always going out of stock because they are limiting kids down to 4 collections, but everyone at my work is pretty sure they are going out of business. I'm sorry you have to deal with that place, I don't know why there kid stuff has to be so friggin' cute...
