help with bedroom paint colors
Permalink Closed

Hello all!  I am trying to put together ideas for my bedroom for my apartment next year.  My goal is sort of light and breezy looking with a turquoise blue and white being the main colors and small pops of color elsewhere.  Here is my dresser (which will probably be painted something different) and my bed:

I like the color of this room but is it too much on all four walls or should I just do it on one wall as an accent?

I would do just one wall. And I love the color of her skirt....that would be a really pretty accent color.

Can you do chair railing and then do that color on top/bottom with a lighter, mellow color?  Otherwise, I say, "Go for it!" and do the whole room, but make sure to break up the color with lots of accents, bright white moldings, and very light (white) window treatments, maybe something really breezy and see-through.

Beautiful color choice!
