She was on The View this morning and mentioned that she lost 60lbs. on ww and was saying that she watches her points, but that fruit and veggies are 0pts.
Have the flex points rules changed? when I used to be on it I had to deduct points for fruits and veggies......
Some veggies are 0 pts but no fruit (except for asian pears) are zero pts. A lot of people just dont count them though because they're of the mindset that "you don't get fat eating fruit and veggies" but I personally eat a lot of fruit so I think I actually WOULD gain weight if I didn't count the points for them.
