For those of us who vowed for a "healthy challenge", just wondering how many really did it :) AS I sit here drinking a glass of wine ( ONE) I feel no guilt knowing I ate great all day, went on a walk with my kids, and ran on the treadmill for 14 min...yes only 14..I am a light smoker, that just realized I need to stop FOR GOOD..WOW..I thought I was going to die..BUT I did it right!!! Tomorrow it will be 20 min! ( unless I just pass out haha)

Ummm I'm gonna have to quit already for this week! Mainly because they are remodling the house and right now they are working on the kitchen, so I'm seeing some eating out days for this week! But good luck to the rest of the girls!!!
Ha! Not as well as I thought I would, but I'm on my way. Maybe I need to take baby steps: Coffee-I did have one cup each morning, but switched my mid-day cup to a peppermint tea Exercise-I did half of my pilates video on Monday Healthy eating-this is the area I excelled in Drinking-had one glass of wine with dinner yesterday "Other" similar-to-drinking bad habit-not at all
