Lately I have been so lazy and have been eating horribly and I have way-too-tight pants to prove it. So, starting tomorrow, I am challenging myself to live a healthy life for a week to see how it works out. I am going to eat healthy, work out every day, go to bed by 10, and not drink any coffee or alcohol (wow, I have so many bad habits). I want to see how different I feel because I have been doing the opposite so long. Anyone want to join me on this endeavor?
This sounds like something I should start doing as well. I have been thinking about it and I've tried for a day or two but then I give up. I'll join with you!!!
Count me in, I have a brand new treadmill that has been sitting in my house for a WEEK, while I drank coronas, and ate the rest my sons bday cake all week My hubby is gone this whole week for work...so here's too a sinple (but healthy) week!
