What is everyone making? I usually just make one or two meals and then survived on the leftovers... This week it is "Orange-Scented Couscous Salad with Almonds, Cilantro, and Cucumber" and "Indian Summer Turkey Chili" (by Rachael Ray ).
Relrel, I usually just pound the chicken a bit, and maybe brush it with a little sweet BBQ sauce or some honey. Nothin' too special . I prefer a white cheese with them (provolone, mozz, swiss, whatever) because it has a lighter flavor and better melted texture IMO. We just grill them on the outside grill (buns, too) - yeah for nice weather!!!
I think menus is correct .... does sorta look funny if you stare too long though!
