I ordered the diner paper placemats (wonderful photos) and they sent me the roadside placemats, which was fine, more or less, but I’d wanted to put up some of the diner placemats on the kitchen walls, so I was a bit disappointed and sent an email mentioning that they’d sent the wrong set of placemats. Got a prompt reply saying I could keep the roadside mats and they’d send the diner mats at no extra charge. They arrived a few days later, and meanwhile I got another email from one of the staffers there saying she has some of the diner mats up on her kitchen walls! Made me smile.
