chocosho billed my credit card on 2/17/07 and the T shirt hasn’t come. I’ve sent two emails to support@chocosho.com but haven’t received any replies. I can’t find a mailing address on their web site. They have a customer service no., but it’s not toll-free. I don’t think my credit card company can help me. Anybody have any suggestions??
I'm afraid you're right. The customer service no. -- 718 389-4809 -- is a New York City no. and I'm in California and can't call from work, which makes things awkward, but I guess I'll have to call during lunch.
Actually, 718 389 4809 is a Los Angeles no., so I billed the call to my credit card and got a recording inviting me to leave a message and mentioning that I could also send email to support@chocosho.com!
Yes, let it be a lesson to me not to order from sites without a toll free customer service no. I don't think I'm going to hear from chocosho, so I've gone ahead and filed a dispute with my credit card company -- will see how that goes. -- Ann
Happy ending -- my credit card company got the charge refunded. Still haven't heard from anyone at chocosho, still wondering if they are really still in business...
