What is up with them? I have not received confirmation emails for my last two orders. But really, this roast is about their shipping. Why on earth do they ship through USPS? I swear it takes about 3x longer than UPS, and what they charge for USPS is probably what you'd pay for UPS. It's not worth the hassle any more to shop online with them.

I'm in the same boat. I ordered 2 pairs of underwear and a pair of jeans. They split up the order for some reason. To date I have received one pair of underwear. My jeans, etc. have supposedly been in Chicago since the 12th. I am loathe to call the post office, as they are never very helpful.

that's weird... in my experience, USPS is a lot faster than UPS ground.  especially cross-country purchases.

i guess that just goes to show how NOT on-top-of-things they are.

Hmm, maybe it's just my experience (and boobaby's too, it sounds like!) but their shipping always seems to take years! My last order took 8 days from the day it was shipped to the day it was delivered, plus three days for them to "process" and ship it. What I really don't like is the fact that they haven't sent confirmation emails. Is this just something they don't do? I could have sworn that they used to.

I got confirmation on mine instantly. I ordered them on the 7th, the jeans package shipped out first, made it to Chicago on the 12th. I got that package today. The undies shipped out the day after the jeans. I got those yesterday. A little ridiculous, if you ask me. However I didn't pay for shipping. The last time I ordered from them I overnighted it so that came right away.

I think how efficient the post office is depends on where you live. I've told this story before: my sister once had a package coming to her that required signature. She wasn't there the first attempt. The next day, she found the package in the dumpster outside her building while throwing out the trash. It had been rifled through. She called USPS and they actually told her that the postal carrier was probably annoyed that he or she had to take it back again, so they threw it away. They told her the post office in her neighborhood was notorious for this type of behavior. They didn't exactly apologize for the behavior, it was more like "Oh, well. You got your package, didn't you?"
