Exercise: I was supposed to do HIIT, but I got kinda dizzy about 1/2 way through. So, I did about 1/2 my HIIT routine then 15 minutes on the elliptical.
B: 2 egg whites with 1/2 slice of deli ham S1: chocolate Special K bar S2: 100 cal cheetos S3: small apple D: Lean Cuisine four cheese pizza E: None... I'm so lazy.
I was super busy today and didn't have time for lunch. That sucked. At least the apple from school held me over until I got home.
