Hair trial...
Permalink Closed

Hi everybody.

Sorry I have been silent, but I was a bit busy with all the wedding organization...

Today I had my hair trial. There are two updos I like - I am biased towards one of them, but would love your suggestions. Please keep in mind the flowers are not the ones I'll have that day, the girl put them there to give me an idea...

Here is the first one:

And the other option:

Opinions? smile

Hi, ico. Are you working on getting photos up? I know you just posted this about 10 min ago. I can't see any pics.

I don't think you can go wrong with either! I like #1 a little more just because it's more *my* style but that's not really a factor. I think #1 is more pretty/romantic and #2 is more classic/fashiony

I like both. The second one is more classic-looking and elegant. If I had to choose, I'd go with the second.

Both beautiful and look great on you. But I vote for # 2 - more unusual, diva, chic and elegant.

Enjoy your day! So exciting!

I agree, both styles are lovely. I'm sort of leaning towards #1. I like the quirkiness of it and the details that catch you no matter what angle. But I don't think you can go wrong no matter which you choose.

I like them both. I think the first one is more "wedding"/bridey/romantic. I like the sleekness of #2 but the flower placement looks awkward and random to me. I'd prefer it with a different ornament, or none, or a jeweled comb/pin instead.

Thanks girls for your opinions!

I agree, I like them both, but I am more oriented towards the second one since I think it looks better with the dress (and actually, it looks more like "me", as my sister and my friend immediately pointed out).

Suasoria, the flower was not fixed well - she put it there just to give me an idea, but it'll be probably more centered in the final updo.

It'll be the same of the flowers in my bouquet, and white - I think it'll have a nice effect!

I still like the first one - I think I'll ask her to do it if I have some other wedding/ceremony to go, it's very fresh and messy (in a good way)

Hi!

How interesting that Suasoria saw the flower off center! I saw it competely different ( ink blot test:))) - I saw it as a perfect spot, as a tip of a spiral/paisley, as if you draw the line of the swirl of the hair, the flower in my eyes finished it:) I didn't see it as symmetrical:)

Anyway, enjoy your wedding day, I'm curious now about your dress! Pls post pics later!!!

Thanks girls!
For the wedding I still have about 1 month to go... It's on June 23rd.ù
I had my first dress trial last Tue, and basically they fit the lining of the dress - They still have to add the panels. It's so exactly cut for me, that I can't gain an ounce from now to the 23rd!
As soon as I get my shoes, will post pics!
