Vacation Ideas?

Hi all!  I'm going to Dubai for work at the end of February, and would like to tack on a week to two weeks vacation at the end.  I'm having a tough time deciding, so wanted to get some input and suggestions.  So far the places I'm looking at are:

Jordan
Morrocco
Tunisia
Turkey
India

I'm hesitating on the India just because when I go to India I want to spend as long as possible there, and I fear I may have to limit myself to just a week.

You can do India easily if you just limit yourself to Jodphur, Delhi, and day trip to the Taj Mahal (Acra) No need to tour the entire country in one visit. I've wanted to do a Fez, Casablanca and Canary Islands trip, myself. I've wanted to take a Turkey trip too -- I bet alb would have some suggestions...

I really wanted to add on a few days in Morocco when I was in Spain a few years a ago, but I just wasn't able to work it out. I doubt you'd need a full week to hit the high spots though (I was looking at 3/4 days tops.) I like the idea of hitting the Canary Islands.

We did that - took a boat to Tangier from Gibraltar.  Was a crazy (and I mean crazy) little day trip and totally worth it.

I wishfully saw Gibralter from the coast when I was in Portugal.  The trip on my someday travel list.aww
