I will admit that I have done it, but I am never doing it again after seeing this video.  I think everyone in the world should see this: it is totally shocking, but completely real.

That is scary to watch because it can really happen so easily.

They should show this in high schools.

I did this once or twice but it freaked me out when I realized how little I was paying attention to everything. I HATE it when people text while driving because you can immediately tell that they aren't paying as much attention to the road by the way they drive. My BF does it all the time. When I'm with him I say "is there something I can type for you?" and he gets the hint, but what about when I'm not there??

Texting & driving make me insane.  Some JACKA@S swerved across 3 lanes of traffic and would have taken me and my kids out if I had not been paying attention to HIM.  I laid on my horn and he was so involved with what he was doing he didn't even here me.  JERK!

let me clear it up so I don't seem like such an idiot. I've done it yes, and now I won't. But I mostly have my teenage son do it for me if I have to respond long texts

Oh no worries! I'm calling myself an idiot. Big Idiot actually. I'm SO glad I watched this video. I know it's common sense but sometimes stuff like this really hits home.

I'm showing this to my husband. It has becoming a huge problem with him because of the business he is in. He feels he has to be attached to his crackberry because they call, text and email him 24/7. I seriously worry about him all the time because he texts while he drives.cry

I on the other hand won't even answer my phone while I'm driving. I also turn off the radio when I get into heavy traffic(why do I do that lol?)
